I have a big problem with flexibility. By the time I'm done with my workout I don't have the patience or desire to do a full stretching sequence. Is it normal for my beginner muscles to shake?

Hello all, I just started doing yoga. I have been doing 40 minute sequences everyday for the past three days. Some of the poses that I do make my legs shake a lot. Is this just my muscles getting used to it, or am I doing something wrong. Also, when they shake, I try to just keep the pose held. Should I do this, or should I stop?

Yoga and Hiatal Hernia

I have a hiatal hernia and I've heard that yoga can help correct it. I just started doing yoga on my own so I'm still a beginner and I really don't know much about poses and sequence. There are no studios around where I live. Are there certain poses that help more than others for my problem? And are there poses that make it worse?
